Bruce G. Nawara, CPA, CFP, CMA, VP, CFO. Bruce Nawara is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since January 1999 responsible for Corporate Finance and Administration (F&A). Bruce has been associated with the Company from its inception and has performed accounting, tax and financial advisory services as an independent consultant since 1983.He graduated from Lewis University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and also holds a Masters of Science in Taxation degree (MST) from DePaul University Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Prior work experience includes CFO of Technology Integration Services for NYSE Company, VP of Finance and Administration for European Operations (including a four year overseas assignment in Paris, France), and auditor and tax supervisor for a Big-5 public accounting firm. Bruce has over 20 years experience as a business executive with substantial U.S. and International F&A experience.
