Bill Bray, Ph.D., Vice President of Business Development. Bill joins the Sequest management team as the leader in Business Development covering both the sales and marketing teams. Bill brings over 25 years of experience of executive leadership in Business Development for Fortune 500, mid-tier and small organizations. Bill has excelled in recognizing and building winning organizations across the applied IT industries.

Bill holds a BS in Computer Science from Cal Poly University, a MSBA/IS from San Diego State University and a Ph.D. BA/IS from California Coast University.
