William R. Connors

William R. Connors, MSW, President/CEO. Bill has management responsibility over all areas of Sequest operations, Finance & Administration, Sales & Marketing, Client Services, and Research & Development. He has an extensive history that includes management positions in several service industries including healthcare, hotel and restaurant, and unionized labor. Bill has over 20 years management experience with an extensive history of employee management, customer/vendor relations, budget planning, and payroll administration.

Prior to joining Sequest, Bill was employed by one of Sequest’s largest clients. He managed clinical programs that targeted high-risk teens. Subsequently, he combined his computer skills, clinical training and experience, and interest in research to become a MIS Director. Bill successfully implemented several large projects, including Sequest TIER® product and the beta version of their scheduler module and the billing/AR modules. Bill graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in social work (BA) and also received a Masters of Social Work from Rutgers University School of Social Work. He is both a licensed social worker and school social worker.
