NETWORK CONSULTATION

Sequest Technologies^SM, Inc. can effectively address all aspects of the system network environment that may impact the TIER® application, such as assessing, planning, and coordinating the installation, testing, or enhancing the client’s local area network (LAN) or wide area network (WAN).

IMPLEMENTATION MANAGEMENT

Integrating implementation of a new data collection system with the normal day-to-day business of an organization is sometimes an overwhelming task. Sequest Technologies^SM, Inc. can help manage the implementation of TIER® by developing a plan for collection and database design, and then coordinating the installation through each phase of the plan.

CLIENT TRAINING

Proper training enables clients to become competent TIER® users within days. Sequest Technologies^SM, Inc. provides user training, system administrator training, screen design training, and basic report writing training. Request training via e-mail at training@sequest.net.

SCREEN DESIGN

Sequest Technologies^SM, Inc. offers clients the ability to develop customized screen formats based on data content requirements. By tapping into the experience and knowledge of Sequest’s screen designers, creating initial screens or even a large volume of screens in TIER® facilitates faster implementation and reduces in-house resource allocation.

DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

Sequest Technologies^SM, Inc. can develop and program a customized interface when sharing data between two systems. TIER® data can then be imported, exported, or communicated to adjacent systems.
