In an effort to increase the volume of inquires and admissions, many clients add the Business Development Module to their TIER Workflow System for tracking referrals, admissions, and inquiry contacts. This fully customizable module includes a referral source profile, an individualized referral source marketing plan, and contact notes for a customer oriented sales approach that tracks referrals to individual people and not just the organizations they represent. Marketing and sales staff can monitor referral source activity data at various points within the system including documentation for call to assessment conversion, assessment to admission conversion, and inquiry to admission conversion.
