TIER® Design Tool Webinars

Sequest Technologies Inc. provided four webinars in August to demonstrate the functionality of its TIER Design Tool design tool. Our TIER Design Tool allows clients to create new TIER forms and modify TIER forms as the needs of their organizations change and it quite simply separates us from our competition.

The first series of webinars were aimed at prospective clients in the health and human services industry. The webinar covered the basic functionality of the TIER Design Tool that is provided within.

TIER Workflow System. The webinar demonstrated the speed and ease with which existing forms in thee system could be customized. Additionally, it was demonstrated how the TIER Design Tool can be utilized to develop new TIER® software that will assist the clinical, managerial and executive staff of all prospective partner organizations.

“The ease of doing customizations lives up to the statements made during the sales demonstrations”’ stated one prospective client. Another stated that “I am very comfortable that this is a system that can easily grow with our needs”

The second set of webinars was designed for our existing client partners. The basics of the Design Tool were reviewed as well as the ease and power of some advanced customizations using the interactive grid and data aware graphical displays of data within TIER Workflow System. The ability to create your own graphical dashboard measuring key organizational data is easily done by clients with the TIER Design Tool.

“I was especially glad to learn some of the reporting features that would be beneficial for our CFO and other upper management” stated one partner. Another attendee felt “relieved to see how much and how easily change can be made within the TIER system”.
